Spinweld fittings are fitted to the product using a router and special tool for spinning the fitting. The fitting is placed in a hole in the product and pushed against the product face, the router is then turned on & pressure is applied to the fitting. The resultant friction caused by this pressure causes the fitting & product to melt, this result in a homogenous weld securing the fitting to the product & producing a leak proof seal.
